I’m a member of the teaching faculty of the National College of DUI Defense; I’m also a member of two (2) National committees on DUI/DWI Law. One committee concentrates on the emerging new territory of laws regarding the use and abuse of Marijuana while driving. I’m on the cutting edge if this dynamic area of law.

Separately I also teach law school. My subject area is trial advocacy. I teach to both law students and practicing lawyers. I’m Certified as an Instructor and am in demand teaching the administration and nuances of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The follow up course includes the very important nuts and bolts of cross-examination of those same tests. I bring out & exploit the “margin of inaccuracy” (my chosen phrase vs “margin of error”) of those very misleading and unscientific tests.

My classes like my cases are fast paced and fun. Teaching and litigating thru example, stories, care and encouragement. I lead the judge or the jury to the verdict my client needs.

My teaching and litigation style are done by promoting success and accomplishment over fear and emotional abuse.
